Return and exchange conditions

Not satisfied with your purchase or want to exchange it? No problem, we'll be happy to help!
You can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receiving it. The process is simple and works like this:

Here's how the return works

Step 1: Contact us by email at aurelrow@gmail.com  and let us know if you'd like to return or exchange your item. We'll then send you our return form.    

Step 2: Complete the return form and include it in your shipment. Specify exactly which items you wish to return and whether you require a refund or exchange. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in perfect resalable condition.  

Step 3: Send the package within 7 days of receipt via your chosen courier service to the address provided.  

Step 4: Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days. You will receive an email notification regarding the processing status.  

Frequently Asked Questions

Return Policy:
You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt, without having to provide a reason.
Items purchased as part of special promotions or sales are excluded. These can only be exchanged for another product or a voucher.

Late returns:
If shipment cannot be made within 30 days, we offer you the option of exchanging the item for a replacement or receiving a credit. In this case, please contact our customer service.

Return shipping costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. They depend on the chosen courier and the country of origin. The return must be sent to our international warehouse.

Exchange Processing Times:
Once we receive your return, we will ship your replacement item as soon as possible.

Replacement products not available:
If the desired product is not in stock, our customer service team will inform you of the expected delivery time. If the item is no longer available, we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

How to find your order number:
You'll find your order number in the confirmation email you received. If you can't find it or need assistance, please contact our customer service.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days and send a photo to aurelrow@gmail.com     Our customer service team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refund Processing:
Once your return is received, it will be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that, depending on your bank, it may take 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
